As part of the New Member Process at Stewart Cooperative House, I got the opportunity to redecorate the "Bum Room" and the staircase in the basement of the house. As one of the two coordinators, I worked with my partner to design and redecorate the room. The project itself took place during one weekend, but the planning started the month before that. With a pledge class of various skills, we divided the work between ten girls, with specializations in sewing, painting, embroidering, etc. I was personally able to contribute by framing two of my hand-lettering pieces and lettering on other art projects around the room and staircase. Below I will display before and after pictures.
